Ingridients of Grilled Tomato and Basil Bruschetta:

• 4 ripe plum tomatoes, cored, seeded and diced
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon cider or balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoons Crisco® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 12 thin slices Italian or French bread
• Salt and pepper
• Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
