Spicy Bean and Sausage Gumbo

Ingridients of Spicy Bean and Sausage Gumbo:

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 cup minced onion
• 2 cups diced spicy sausage
• 2 cups beef broth or 2 cups bouillon
• 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans , with sauce
• 3 cups cooked rice (I used leftover red rice)
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon cilantro
• fresh parsley
