Ingridients of "Taffy Apple" Cakies:

• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup margarine , softened
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 1 medium apple , diced fine to about 1 cup
• 1 (7 ounce) bag caramels , unwrapped
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1/2-3/4 cup chopped peanuts
