• 1 teaspoon water
• 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
• 2 cloves crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 2 teaspoons dried basil
• 1/2 cup white sugar
