Coffee and Kahlua Flan

Ingridients of Coffee and Kahlua Flan:

• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon corn syrup
• 1 (14 fluid ounce) can condensed milk
• 3/4 cup half-and-half
• 1 cup whole milk
• 2 inches piece true cinnamon bark
• 1 tablespoon Kahlua or 1 tablespoon other coffee-flavored liqueur
• 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules dissolved in 1 tsp. boiling water
• 5 large eggs
• 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
