Ingridients of Walnut Broccoli Stir-Fry:

• 2 onions , chopped
• 2 carrots , chopped
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 cup mushroom , such as fresh shittake, sliced
• 1 cup walnuts
• 1 head broccoli , coarsely chopped
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch , dissolved in
• 2 tablespoons cold water
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• salt and pepper
