Nita's Applesauce and Bourbon Cake

Ingridients of Nita's Applesauce and Bourbon Cake:

• 2 cups applesauce
• 2 cups white sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 3 teaspoons ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 cup chopped dates
• 1 (16 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, halved

• 1 cup bourbon whiskey
