  • 2 cups swiss chard leaves or 2 cups kale leaves , de-ribbed and chopped
  • 2 cups roast turkey or 2 cups chicken
  • 1 tablespoon sage , minced (fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon thyme , minced (fresh)
